I am a current graduate student at Duquesne University pursuing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am very excited to be completing my internship here at Congruent Relationships!

I currently work as a Behavioral Health First Responder with RhD. We are called the “A-Team,” short for the Alternative Response team. My team and I respond to 911 calls to de-escalate crises, with or instead of law enforcement, including mental health, behavioral health, and human service-related calls.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University in 2024. I have been working in the helping profession since. I have experience in working with individuals ranging from children and adolescents to the elderly population in individual, couples, and family contexts. I have worked with trauma, neurodivergence, domestic violence, and addiction. I am interested in attachment wounds and trauma, and have a deep commitment to cultural humility, inclusivity, and celebrating diversity. I believe that fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space is key in sessions, and that is what I strive to provide.

I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. I believe that each person is unique and find it important to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs. I draw from somatic and mindfulness-based practices and would describe my approach as being informed by relational, existential, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused perspectives.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy playing with my dog, listening to good music, watching soccer, fitness, cooking, meditation, and spending meaningful time with the people I love.
