Hello! I am a pre-licensed therapist working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a queer therapist in Pittsburgh, PA, married and raising six humans with my nesting partner. I have 20+ years experience working in schools with children and families as a school psychologist. Now I work primarily around relational impacts of betrayal, sex addiction, trauma, neurodiversity, intimacy barriers, alternative relationships, and LGBTQ identities.

I will build a compassionate alliance with you and your partner or family. Together, we will look to the wisdom of the body's nervous system and assemble the story driving dysregulation. We will slow moments of conflict down and find the good reasons our body is called to action. In doing this, we will restore hope and unlock playfulness, joy, and love.
