Our initial sessions are 53-60 minutes and we will gather information about your presenting concerns, treatment goals, and additional needs for therapy. We will answer any questions you have about the process and how we can help. Please make sure you complete all intake forms 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment.

We have offices in Pittsburgh and Irwin, Pennsylvania. Detailed directions with photos are available on our website.

We provide individual, couples, and family therapy services and each provider has their own availability and own training in these different modalities.

Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential, and we adhere to strict privacy standards. We do request sessions be video or audio recorded, but all recordings are stored in the Zoom or Google Workspace cloud and are HIPAA compliant. We're happy to talk about any concerns you have.

You can schedule a request for new services by contacting us via phone, email, or through the website. We typically respond within 48 hours, and we will schedule a time to do a screening to get more information to make sure we are able to meet your needs.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. If appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours, there is a $50 cancel fee.

Yes, payment is required at the time of service. We require a card on file for all clients to process payments after each appointment. We accept various credit cards and can send invoices as needed.

Yes, we offer both virtual and in-person therapy sessions to accommodate your preferences.

Each provider accepts different insurances. Please contact us directly to confirm if your insurance is accepted. Most providers are credentialed with: Highmark, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, United. We also can take Westmoreland and Allegheny county Medicaid. We cannot take Medicare.

Each therapy session typically lasts 50-55 minutes unless otherwise specified.
